Pre-Order Policy

This Pre-Order Policy applies to all products on FigureCollectora.com that are marked as “Pre-Order”, “Pre-Sale”, or similar indications.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. What Is a Pre-Order

A pre-order refers to a product that is not currently in stock and will be produced, allocated, or released at a future date.

Pre-order products may include:

  • Newly released collectibles

  • Limited edition figures

  • Production batch items

  • Manufacturer-released upcoming products

Pre-order availability is based on supplier allocation and production schedules.

2. Estimated Release Date

Any release date shown on the product page is an estimated date only.

These estimates are provided by manufacturers or suppliers and may change at any time without prior notice.

Delays may occur due to:

  • production scheduling changes

  • manufacturing delays

  • supply chain disruptions

  • shipping or logistics delays

  • customs clearance processes

Such delays do not constitute a breach of contract.

3. Payment for Pre-Orders

Full payment or partial deposit (if applicable) may be required at the time of placing a pre-order.

By completing a pre-order payment, you secure your position in the allocation queue for the product.

Pre-order payments are used to reserve inventory and initiate fulfillment processes.

4. Order Changes and Cancellation

Pre-orders may be canceled only before the product has entered:

  • production allocation

  • warehouse reservation

  • fulfillment processing

  • shipment preparation

Once a pre-order has entered any of these stages, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We reserve the right to evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.

5. Shipping Timeline for Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped once the product becomes available in our warehouse or fulfillment center.

Shipping will follow our standard Shipping Policy once the item is ready for dispatch.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately unless otherwise stated.

6. Product Changes by Manufacturer

Manufacturers may update or modify product specifications without prior notice, including:

  • packaging design

  • color variations

  • accessories

  • minor structural details

Such changes are considered normal within the collectibles industry and do not constitute defects.

7. Availability and Allocation

Pre-order availability is not guaranteed until final allocation is confirmed by suppliers.

In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after pre-order placement, we may:

  • issue a full refund

  • offer an alternative product

  • provide store credit

The resolution will depend on inventory conditions and supplier confirmation.

8. Delays and Risk Acknowledgment

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • delivery dates are not guaranteed

  • delays may occur beyond our control

  • production and shipping timelines are subject to external factors

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant changes.

9. Refunds for Pre-Orders

Refund eligibility for pre-orders is governed by our Refund Policy.

In general, pre-orders that have entered production or allocation may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless required by applicable law.
