ALTER Persona 3 P3 Angus AEGIS ART WORKS figure

Due to the high demand for these figures, they must be shipped from our warehouse in Japan. It takes approximately one month for the items to arrive at our China warehouse for quality inspection. Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will repackage and reship the items to ensure they are protected against damage during international transit.

Due to manufacturing processes, the products may exhibit minor imperfections (such as slight paint defects, color variations, or faint scratches). These are considered normal characteristics and do not constitute valid grounds for a return or a full refund.

Regarding international shipping, each figure is carefully packed using bubble wrap and a sturdy carton before dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee that absolutely no damage will occur during transit. Should any damage occur during shipping, please contact us and provide relevant photos or videos; we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
