Pre-order Notice: If you need to cancel your pre-order, please contact me directly. Cancellations within ten days will incur a 1.6% cancellation fee; cancellations after ten days will incur a 15% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be directly refunded. If the cancellation is due to a delay exceeding six months or project cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

The address will be confirmed again upon arrival before shipment. If we cannot contact you for an extended period, we will send the item to the address you provided when placing the order. For order cancellations, if we cannot contact you within 14 days, the deposit will be considered invalid and non-refundable.
