Guilty Gear I-NO INO Mitsumasa Yoshizawa Guilty Gear Figure

Due to the lengthy production cycle of these figures, they must be shipped from our warehouse in Japan. It takes approximately one month for the items to arrive at our warehouse in China for quality inspection. Once they pass inspection, we repackage and reship them to ensure protection against damage during international transit.

Due to manufacturing processes, products may exhibit minor imperfections (such as slight paint defects, color variations, or faint scratches). These are considered normal characteristics and do not constitute valid grounds for returns or full refunds.

Regarding international shipping, each figure is carefully packed using bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes before dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee that absolutely no damage will occur during transit. Should any damage occur during shipping, please contact us and provide relevant photos or videos; we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
