Upon receiving your shipment, please ensure that you record an unboxing video and sign for the package in person. If the outer packaging sustains severe damage during transit, please contact customer service immediately. We take every precaution during shipping—including the use of bubble wrap and sturdy five-layer cardboard boxes—to protect your item; however, we ask for your understanding regarding the rough handling that packages may occasionally encounter during international shipping. Due to the unique nature of the model and action figure industry, opening the product renders it ineligible for resale; therefore, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the item has been unsealed.
