1.All model toy products are assembled from molds and hand-painted, with unavoidable seams, uneven coloring, air bubbles, scratches, and other minor imperfections. They cannot be absolutely perfect. Perfectionists or those who are sensitive to such issues should refrain from purchasing. 2.If the product is deformed due to compression, unstable when standing, or has tight connections that are difficult to assemble, you can use a hairdryer to heat it or soak it in hot water for 35 minutes. Once the material softens, adjust it, and the issue will be resolved. PVC materials may experience these problems due to weather conditions, but heating and adjusting can solve them. 3.If there is any paint sticking, you can gently wipe it with a cotton swab dipped in essential balm, which should resolve the issue. 4.If the model has glue separation or loose connections, apply 502 glue to the joint to bond it. The above issues are normal for hand-made models and do not qualify as quality defects. Please be aware.
