Movic Hakuouki Kazama Chikage Dress Sofa Battle VER Japanese Version Figure

For certain figures currently out of stock at our China warehouse, we will replenish inventory from our Japan warehouse; please note that this process requires additional time, and by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this waiting period.

Due to manufacturing processes, products may exhibit minor imperfections (such as slight paint defects, color variations, or tiny scratches). These are considered normal and do not constitute valid grounds for a return or a full refund.

Regarding international shipping, every figure is carefully packed using bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes before dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from damage during transit. Should any damage occur during shipping, please contact us and provide relevant photos or videos; we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
